Ascent Carpentry started with a simple idea — do the work properly, show up when you say you will, and never cut corners. That's still how we operate today.
We're a crew of qualified carpenters who've worked on everything from single-storey extensions in the Inner West to large-scale commercial framing across Sydney. Our team includes experienced tradesmen and apprentices who take pride in their craft.
We work primarily with builders and developers who need a reliable carpentry subcontractor they can count on — crew that turns up, communicates clearly, and gets the job done to spec.

Yusuf started swinging a hammer at 19 on structural frames across South West Sydney. By his third year, he was working in Bronte and that's where the standard changed.
Carpentry isn't new to his bloodline. His great-grandfather was an Irish carpenter in Moore. The trade skipped nothing, it passed straight down.
Today Yusuf runs Ascent from the front. Hands-on in the field and running the business behind the scenes, managing the crew, the clients, and the quality on every job.
What drives him isn't just the build - it's knowing that at the end of every project, a family moves into a home that his team helped bring to life. That's the part that never gets old.
